OUR FIRM:
Williams & Mills, PLLC was formed in 2005. We are located in downtown Asheville. We limit our practice to criminal defense, including traffic matters, in state and federal courts. We also represent victims of car, truck and motorcycle accidents, and workers injured on the job. We are aggressive in defending those clients who are accused of a crime and equally aggressive prosecuting our personal injury and workers' compensation cases. Both Reed G. Williams and James H. Mills have, for many years, been volunteer judges in teen court, which is a diversionary program of juvenile court.
